The data controller is PRETOS MEDIA GROUP LLC, a company registered in the United States of America (Wyoming), with legal representation in Portugal. Data protection officer contact: business@diepretty.store.
We collect the following data: name, email, phone number (when provided for event booking), payment information (processed by Stripe - we never store card data), IP address, site usage data, language preferences, and data related to team position applications (portfolio, CV).
We use your data to: process purchases and send tickets, manage event bookings and logistics coordination, send communications about events and releases (newsletter - opt-in), process team applications, improve site functionality, issue invoices via Moloni when applicable, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional emails), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Moloni (invoicing, when applicable). All EU-based processors comply with GDPR. For international data transfers (USA), EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify incorrect data, request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), withdraw consent for marketing, data portability, and file a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese Data Protection Authority). To exercise these rights, contact business@diepretty.store. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Purchase data is kept for 7 years for tax purposes (per Portuguese and US legislation). Data from unsuccessful applications is deleted after 12 months. You may request deletion at any time for data not subject to legal retention requirements.
We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how the site is used. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption on all communications, restricted access to personal data (least privilege principle), regular security monitoring, and encrypted storage in cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Cloudflare R2).
